Birley Townhouse at Naylor 14, a house of 12 people. It is very spacious and modern with extremely good facilities such as a very nearby laundry room, good security and a 24 hr reception. At the townhouses the bathrooms are shared between 2 people, I have never had any problems with this and the bathroom is located outside both rooms. Also the house includes things such as an open space living area with a flat screen TV, 3 fridges, 2 ovens etc. Birley is a very short walk (5/10 minuets) from the MMU campus, and has lots of shops such as CO-OP and Asda very close to it, it is £133 pw which I think is completely worth the money.
