A ground floor apartment, with parking space, and private garden.

Just off of Stretford Road with easy transport links to the centre by bus, and close to the MMU campus.

No shared living room, but a cosy dining and kitchen space, links the two double bedrooms and bathroom in the apartment. Fully furnished, and recently refurbished with:
- washing machine
- new electric cooker
- dishwasher
- Broadband (included in bills)

I am a final year medical student, looking for a student or young professional for the spare room.

I'm an outgoing, tidy and clean person who likes to socialise, but also I appreciate my peace in the evenings when I have deadlines. So I am looking for a flatmate to match.
