Double Room in Hulme

Double room in a nice modern house in Hulme. House has a garden and is near the city centre. I am the owner of the house and looking for a roommate.

I work from home most days so would ideally prefer some one who works 9-5 or something like that as I work at a desk in a the sitting room.

The house has three bedrooms.

All Bills are included.

Am looking for someone I could be friends with and get along well with.
