I would prefer someone short-term, ideally 2-3 months. But if you can live like an adult and not be banging around and playing music at midnight it could be for longer!
This is not a property to bring your friends round at 3am for beers! (As this place has been treated before, hence the room has today become available)
It is a self contained room within a 2 bed flat due to the second bedroom being so small, we converted the living room into the second bedroom! The small spare room can be used for storage!
Separate Kitchen, Shared Bathroom and access from both rooms onto the huge balcony!
I’m totally laid back and easy to get on with. I work shifts so usually out early in the morning or back late at night. Everything you need is here and you would only need to bring yourself, clothes and bedding!
Inclusive of all bills (depending on usage) so as long as you are not sat in all day with the heating on full blast everything would be covered!

Deansgate is a 2min walk away with the whole of Manchester on your doorstep!
