En Suite Double Bedroom

I have a furnished en-suite room in a 2-bed house from late May 2024.

The house is in Irlam, which is about an hour out of the city centre via bus or 15 min on train. (It’s a 30min walk to the train station)

The room is a good size with an en-suite bathroom. The room is furnished with built in wardrobe, a chest of draws, double bed & mattress.

Rent is £600 a month which includes bills.
The house has a front & back garden and off street parking.

I’ll be living in the property so am looking for someone who is considerate and friendly.
I have a dog called Juno who is very friendly and loves a fuss.

I work from home the majority of the week so would prefer someone who works more traditionally. (In an office most of the week etc).
