I have a just bought a property in Irlam Manchester, a 2-bed house. This property has just been renovated. Everything in the house is newly bought,

The house is in Irlam, which is about an hour out of the city centre via bus or 15 min on train. (It’s a 30min walk to the train station)

The room is a good size. The room is furnished with built in wardrobe, a chest of draws, double bed & mattress.

Rent is £750 a month per room which includes bills.
The house has a front & back garden and off street parking.

I am looking for someone who is considerate and friendly.

No pet allowed

As the owner, I will be visiting to check that there are no damages in the property. Security deposit is required.
