House share £350 pcm, Irlams o’th Height M6

Hi. I have a double room at £350 pcm, to let in my home. All inclusive of gas electric, council tax, tv licence, water rates, broad band and netflix. During winter, I may ask for additional top up towards the gas, (£20-£40).
The majority of household cleaning is done by myself within communal areas. I am quite neat and tidy.
I am a Teaching Assistant and work full time in a school.
Aswell as enjoying my own space, I am quite sociable, and enjoy the odd glass of wine/prosecco every now and then. It would be nice to have somebody around who occasionally enjoyed hanging out. I guess that I would like somebody to live here, as opposed to just renting a room.
There is a lot of communal space, which you would be welcome to use, There is also an electric piano in one of the reception rooms, if you are at all musical.
We are a friendly household, and like to be sociable, but are generally quiet during the week.
Occassionally we enjoy having friends over for drinks/dinner or sometimes weekends away or evenings out.
We are close to Salford Royal, Salford Uni, Hope shops, and a bus away from manchester city/ Media city.
Id be particularly interested in a female that is warm and sociable, who would be welcoming of my two older children and two young cats.
My children often stay out at friends/grandparents, and are well mannered and sensible.
