One side of the eaves has a hanging rail and the other side has shelves and storage boxes. The room includes night stands and a table lamp, a small double bed frame, a memory foam mattress, and a dressing table. This is a fantastic space for someone looking for something a bit different.

The new tenant will keep the shared areas clean using a rota, and respect the others downtime. There is a bus a few minutes from the house which goes to the city centre, and shops within walking distance along Bolton Road.
