I have a large modern double room for rent for a professional. The room is bright and airy with a calming feel to it. There are wooden floors, a bohemian rug, and thick slat blinds, as well as two built-in wardrobes and chests for plenty of storage. This is a fantastic space for someone looking for something beautiful and different.

The current tenants are on different work schedules so everyone needs to respect this and keep noise to reasonable levels. There is also a weekly cleaning rota which is split amongst all four tenants so you will need to clean the shared areas once per month.

This is a short-term lease for four months from 1st May to 31st August.

There is a bus a few minutes from the house which goes to the city centre, and shops within walking distance along Bolton Road.
