Must love cats….

Hey, I’m Liz (41) and I am looking for a new lodger to join myself, my long term lodger Lauren (26) and our three cats.
We have a really cosy home with a sunny back yard, positioned close to lots of parks and just over the road from Aldi and the bus stop.
The available room is upstairs to the rear of the house and fully is furnished with double bed, two wardrobes and a chest of drawers.

The bathroom has both a shower and a bath and we’ve just had a new boiler installed.

The kitchen has most things you’d need and we each have cupboard space. There’s also a dishwasher.
There’s a small fridge in the kitchen but a large fridge and freezer in the cellar along with the washing machine.

The lounge has two sofas and a big chair and is a great cosy place to relax and watch tv or nap with the cats!

The backyard gets lots of sun so we spend a fair bit of time out there in the summer.

All bills are included in the rent.
