Description
We are looking for responsible students or professionals for a great house in a safe, quiet street just off the Height roundabout.
The house consists of four double rooms, each with private WC/shower. The commons space consists of a large kitchen/diner, and a lounge with TV. Fast internet is provided.
The house has recently been refurbished with new hardfloors and carpets.
Parking in the street in unrestricted. The house is very close to cafes, pubs and shops, including the big Aldi store, containing a sub post-office.
Transport connections are excellent, being very near the East Lancs road into or out of Manchester, and just yards from a dozen bus routes including the very fast and frequent 36/37/38/39 that go straight into town on dedicated lanes, passing by Salford Uni and Salford Shopping Centre.
Water, internet and CT are included. Tenants share responsibility for gas and electricity though a bill-sharing system. Estimated cost: £75 per month in addition to the rent, but perhaps less with active cooperation in controlling consumption. In order to keep the fuel bills down we intend to keeo the central heating off Mon-Fri between 9am and 4pm, so the house may not be suitable for people who mainly work from home.
A zero deposit option is available through an insurance and referencing service.
