I am relocating to London due to work and have very large double bedroom available in a 4 bed house - available from 1st July onwards.

The house is a stunning recently refurbished house with granite kitchen, underfloor heating, and garden, complete with gardener.

Looking for an all girl house so another female please, mid-late 20s or thereabouts ideally. All get on well and looking for considerate, clean and tidy professionals (doctor, marketing & freelance).

The landlord sorts water, council tax and wifi broadband, so including the basic rent this is £417 pcm. The gas / electric come to around £25-£35, so a budget of £450 covers everything per month.

Very close to both train and bus routes to Manchester Piccadilly / Central and the airport. No. 50 bus also less then 5 mins walk.
