Double room available in Ladybarn shared house

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy. The contract ends on July 13th 2024. The house already has 3 occupants, all students at the University of Manchester in their 3rd year and all really clean and lovely. The house is about a 5 min walk away from Sainsburys and the bus stop on Wilmslow road. There is a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. Bills come up to around £44/month. This is a female only property.
