Looking for a new house mate, located in Ladybarn /Fallowfield, 10 minute walk to Mauldeth Road train station or Wilmslow Road for bus access. Big sainsburys nearby, aswell as small Coop local 2 min walk.

House is a terrace on a quite street with space for parking at the front. The room is unfurnished, quite spacious and can easily fit a double bed and other furniture, the rest of the house is furnished. Includes small yard at the back of the property, bathroom with shower and a bath, living room and dining area and a cute kitchen.

The monthly rental price is £540 including all bills (WiFi, power, water, council tax [band B])

Ideally looking for someone else vegetarian or vegan, must also be tidy and willing to help with keeping the house clean.

I work at a vegan food business so I'm often out the house at work or skating when the weather is decent. I don't drink but not bothered if you do, not a party house though, I tend to just relax watching TV or playing video games so hoping to find someone quite chill.

Can potentially arrange getting a bed in the room if required for a small additional one of cost.
