• Comfortable living room
• Brand-new kitchen with all-new appliances, including a modern boiler.
• Small yard perfect for sunny summer days. It needs a bit of TLC, but it’s my next DIY project!

• Transport: Mauldeth Road train station is a 5-minute walk, with excellent bus connections to the city centre.
• Shops & Restaurants: Co-op and Manchester’s highest-rated vegan/veggie curry spot, Sanskruti, just around the corner. Aldi and Sainsbury’s are within walking distance.
• Parks & Green Spaces: Ladybarn Park is just around the corner, with Fog Lane Park, Birchfields Park and Platt fields nearby.

My hobbies include wine, travelling, documentaries, Pilates, weight training, long hikes, and the occasional trashy TV binge.
