1 bedroom to rent student house Fallowfield

Hey, we are looking for a lovely student to join us ASAP for the rest of the year. Our flatmate has moved out because of personal circumstances and we need someone to fill his place.

You will be leaving with 2 girls and 1 boy, so this is open to male or female.
We range from age 19-21, and all study a sport related course but this doesn’t matter!

Your room is a decent size( the one pictured), the house has 2 bathrooms and all essentials like a washing machine and car parking. We live a 10 minute walk from central Fallowfield and we love cozy nights in together, going to the pub to watch the football, and a cheeky night out.

The house is £150per week, Tenancy available from march/ April to the last day of June. We also have space in our next year house if the fit is right !
