Looking for a housemate

Hi all,
Me and 4 others have found a house for next year but unfortunately one girl has had to drop out for mental health reasons.
We are looking for someone friendly, chill and loves a night in as we are all final year students across Masters and 3rd year. Preferably we are looking for another student, postgrad or graduate.
The rooms are all pretty spacious and light, with double beds, desks, wardrobes, drawers etc. There are 2 kitchens, 1 dishwasher, 2 washing machines and a dryer. The main sitting room is also pretty large and outside there’s a patio area.
