Room for rent

A furnished room is available to rent in my tidy 2-bedroom house, which has a front garden and space for parking if you have a car. I’m looking for a clean, tidy, and trustworthy person who will respect my home.

Please note: No male tenants (due to previous bad experiences) and no couples – this room is for one person only.

Details & Requirements:
• Full-time job required (no benefits).
• Deposit and first month’s rent to be paid on move-in day – no exceptions.
• No parties allowed.
• Non-smoking house – smoking only outside.
• I have a small, friendly dog until September, so you must be comfortable with pets.
• You may bring one small dog or cat.

From September:
• I will be moving back home, so you’ll have use of the house except for one bedroom, which will remain private as I will be staying there occasionally.

• Bills will be your responsibility in addition to rent from September .
