Hey! My partner and I (same-sex couple) are renting out a newly decorated double room, fully furnished and ready for you to move in!

✔️ You’ll have the house to yourself for over 40 weeks a year! 🏠 (We’re teachers working overseas, so you’ll only be sharing with one other person for most of the year!)

🛁 Bathroom: Shared with just one other person – our current tenant is incredibly polite, kind, friendly, and super clean!

💡 Bills included! However, there’s a fair usage clause in the contract – we trust our housemates to be mindful of energy use since we’re only home for a few days a year.
