I’m looking for a new lodger (s) in Leigh. The property is in a new build area which good access to Leigh centre (where links to Manchester are available). The available double room is spacious and offers privacy. A set of new towels, a crockery set, and a new duvet / pillows are provided for the tenant in addition to all the other shared facilities. A mattress has been ordered for the bed hence not shown in the pictures. A tenancy agreement will be required to be signed.
