I’m looking for a new lodger (s) in Leigh on Pennington Wharf. The property is in a new build area which good access to Leigh centre (where links to Manchester are available). The available double room is on the ground floor, spacious, and offers privacy. A new duvet / pillows are provided for the tenant in addition to all the other shared facilities.

Warmly welcoming all. If interested as a couple, the topic of rent / bills can be discussed as this ad has been written for a single person. Anyone interested and keen to take the room, a lodger agreement will be required to be read and signed.

The house will be shared with one other professional (civil servant), who has a kind and respectful character. I have a lot of experience of being a live in landlord hosting an Ukraine family, private British lodgers, and helping council social services in the past. I can show flexibility with how rent is paid and also a deposit is open for discussion to help anyone move smoothly and without difficulty.

The area is quiet, off any main roads, and close walk to Pennington Flash.

Off road parking is offered for one vehicle on a double driveway in front of the property.
