I am renting two bedrooms out in my terraced house which is on the outskirts of Leigh town centre and local transport links including motorways and the new guided bus service to Manchester which only takes 45 mins in total. The larger bedroom is a double room and has recently been decorated and has a new double bed. There is a wardrobe, drawers and a bedside table for this I am asking £280 per month inc bills.
The smaller bedroom comes with wardrobes and double bed and has been recently decorated and for this I am asking £240 inc bills.
There is unlimited broadband for both rooms. I am not asking for a bond or deposit just refs, proof of income and first months rent upfront look forward to hearing from you Stuart landlord
