Spacious room available for short term

Room available in a two bed apartment in a large old converted house. It’s available until the end of July, possibly early August. The house is set back off the road and the south facing bedroom looks in to the large and very green back garden area. Like most, the property includes stable fibre broadband, a decent TV in the living room, dishwasher and a washer /dryer. Bathroom has a bath with over shower.

Furniture in the room includes the double bed, two bedside units, large chest of draws, a bookcase and wardrobe.

There is plenty of off road parking but I’m afraid there is little space for a bike (that’s safe).

A five minute walk to the train station where you’ll be in the city centre within 10 minutes. The local bars, gym and shops are also within a five min walk.

I like to think I’m pretty clean and tidy and expect the same.

I work full time covering core office hours, working from home about two days a week. After work it wouldn’t be uncommon to be enjoying a glass of red wine or a G&T in front of Netflix.

You’ll need to like cats as I’ve got two lively kittens (who can’t go outside until ~September).
