Double Bedroom with en-suite for Rent

We have a double bedroom with en-suite available for rent in our home in Levy’s South Village. The house has two reception rooms and a garden so plenty of space to relax or socialise. You’d be a stones throw from the entrance to Fallowfield Loop and popular bars and cafes such as Trove, Nordie, Station South etc. The city centre is one stop on the train, a 20 min cycle, or 15-20 minute bus ride.

You would be living with two friendly people called Imi and Persis, both full time working professionals. My partner and I own the house but only live here part time as we have jobs in London. We are looking for a friendly and clean tenant who will treat it like their home. Someone who is mature, friendly with their housemates and is happy to do their part in keeping it clean and tidy for everyone.

In terms of amenities, we have gated access for bikes, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher etc. Only council tax is included in the rent, and the rest of the bills currently come to around £100 each a month.
