This room is ready to move now.

The house is very well located. It is between two parks. There is plenty of car parking space in the street, and the nearest bus stop is a five-minute-walk, there you’ll find the buses 150, 191, 192, 197. There are up to 18 line 192 buses per hour, which take you in less than 20 minutes to Piccadilly Gardens. Levenshulme Train station is a 10-minute-walk, you’ll be in Piccadilly station in seven minutes. There is one Asda and one Tesco by the bus stops, and plenty of convenience shops, restaurants, pubs and bars on Stockport Road. Levenshulme Market takes place every weekend.

This beautiful house has four rooms and one full-bathroom, so only three people will live there. The fourth room is for storage. There is also a bicycle shed in the back yard. As you can see in the pictures, the whole house is in perfect conditions. If interested, I would suggest that you visit it so that you can have the real idea of it.

There are already two guys living in the house, one straight, one gay, and you could be the third housemate. Each of us will be living in their own double-bed bedroom.

The room available costs £350.00 monthly plus bills: Council Tax, electricity, water, gas, internet, and TV licence. The previous tenants told me that each of the three of them was paying £80.00/monthly approximately. So, your accommodation expenses will be £430.00 all-inclusive, approximately. For the first month, you will have to pay £400.00, additionally, to cover the corresponding deposit. The minimum contract is for ten months.

Ideally, more than ‘just’ housemates, I hope the three of us could become friends, respecting our personal and shared spaces, of course. That house shall become our home, not just a shelter nor a party place. We shall do our best to keep it clean and tidy, with good vibes above all.
