Room in a lovely house in Levenshulme

There is a large double room with two big windows and an exposed wooden floor to rent in the heart of Levenshulme. The house has a lovely back garden, a modern bathroom, kitchen and spacious dining room and living room, which has a wood burning stove. The bedroom comes unfurnished., however the current items could be sold at a very reasonable cost. We have purchased some additional items for the rest of the house since the photographs have been taken, but obviously would welcome any new furniture to make it more homely!

The street is a quiet street and very near to local bars and shops. The property has excellent transport links and the city centre can be reached in 5 minutes by train and 15 minutes by bus.

The person who moves in needs to be clean, tidy and fun. I enjoy a nice drink and dinner in Levenshulme but my party days are over 😀
