It's a 10 minute walk to Levenshulme station (7 minute journey to Piccadilly) and there are regular buses in all directions.
There are plenty of amenities locally including good pubs, bars, shops and gyms. We're amongst lots of green space and it's the right side of town for quick access to the Peak District.
Some level of socialising and mutual interest would be preferable but its not essential. Myself and Pat get on well together and hang out but we are both pretty independent as well.
Free parking on side streets.
