Large airy double room

The house is nestled off the bustling world of Levenshulme down a cobbled lane- there is a little noise from the trainline, but is mostly quiet. The house is beautifully decorated throughout, with lots of natural light. It’s a 3 bedroom house, but we will have one bedroom spare (for guests). There is the lounge, separate dining/working space, kitchen, and bathroom with separate shower and bath tub. There is also a large cellar with plenty space for storage, and a treadmill!

I have really made the house my home, so would love someone to also treasure it, but importantly also feel free to make themselves at home.


The room available is the largest in the house on the top floor- it has a double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, small in-built wardrobe and still has lots of space.

We have all the essentials in the house- tv, Netflix, broadband, washing machine, dish washer (life changer), bath tub and shower. There’s a little back yard which is a little suntrap.

You will be sharing with me and Mylo (8 month cockapoo) so someone who loves dogs is an absolute must. Mylo is a friendly beautiful pup (I may be a little bias), and he is a great housemate (if you like cuddles!) But as he is still a pup- he can be a little rogue from time to time (so expect to hear ‘Mylo- drop it/come here’ from time to time!)

I’m quite a homey (with Mylo and covid!) so I’m around most of the time. We do enjoy getting out every day for walks though. I’m quite into yoga (teaching and practising), like reading, and binging on Netflix. Also absolutely adore food and cooking!


The room is available from mid December, but with Christmas/New Year on the horizon, happy to have someone move in early 2021.
