Victorian house with large garden in Levenshulme

We're looking for a friendly and considerate person to fill a room in our big Victorian house in Levenshulme!

We're currently 3 friendly, open-minded housemates with a broad range of interests including cooking, climbing, yoga, music, mountain biking, hiking, travelling, art and loads of other stuff, basically. We're pretty chill and hang out occasionally over dinner or grunt at each other in the morning with acknowledgement of our sleepy states. we're also pretty busy, So not in the house that much during the day but maybe once or twice a week if working from home.

We're looking for somebody who's similarly open-minded, relaxed and switched on, but also respectful and tidy – somebody who wants to live in a home rather than just a shared house.

THE ROOM: It's a good sized room with a double bed. The house has a large garden, a big living room and kitchen, plenty of parking and a big basement to chuck any random stuff in.

Bills: Come to around £100 a month when we're full occupancy.
