Double bedroom to rent in a spacious and stunning home in the heart of Levenshulme (all bills included).
The house consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, additional shower room, garden and four bedrooms.

We want you to feel at home and make use of the communal living areas with us. If like many you work from home, you are very welcome to work from the dining room.

TRANSPORT:
We are a 10 minute walk to Levenshulme Station, with four trains an hour going to Manchester Piccadilly, each taking 6-8 minutes. There are also lots of bus stops within walking distance, with buses taking around 15 minutes to Manchester City Centre. By car, we’re only an 8 minute drive to the M60.

NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Levenshulme is a really exciting and buzzing neighbourhood full of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, gyms, an artisan market, several parks and tons of community groups. Didsbury, Heaton Moor, Heaton Chapel, Stockport, Withington and Fallowfield are also close by, and we’re in easy reach of the Peak District and Manchester Airport.

EXISTING HOUSEMATES:
In the other three bedrooms are myself, Edd (live in landlord), I'm 31 and work in PR and communications - Jonny, a 31-year-old music teacher - and Caitlin, a 24-year-old teaching assistant and singer. We’re big fans of taking in the cultural delights of the city, as well as exploring the nearby countryside. We're not a party house, nor are we in each other's pockets, but we like to hang out together when we can.

This is an LGBTQ+ friendly home. Edd and Jonny are both gay, whilst Caitlin is heterosexual but a staunch LGBTQ+ ally.

PETS:
I co-parent a greyhound called Dixie with my boyfriend. He is super quiet and lazy and only tends to be here a couple of days a week, but you need to be comfortable around dogs... even better if you love them!
