I have a bedroom available and am looking for a student or working professional to move in from 1st April 2025.

- One bedroom is currently available (message me for a video tour of the house)
- £450 per month including all utility bills and internet
- You will need to pay council tax if not a student (£134 per month split with 3 other tenants but this is subject to change) - Tax Band B

The house is just a stones throw from the Armitage sports centre and down the road from the local Sainsbury's, Iceland & Pizza Hut.

There is a bus stop at the end of the road which takes just 10 minutes to get to the main Manchester University campus.

One two professionals and one students already live in the house.

You will avoid all agency fees and will have an awesome landlord should you want to live here!!
