I have a large, fully furnished, upstairs double room available.

It includes a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, and a desk can be provided if required.

This is a friendly house in the centre of Levenshulme, just off Stockport road.

Wi-Fi, central heating, double glazing, road parking, small garden, and part-time resident cat called Spencer. Bedding can be provided, kitchen is fully equipped and both washer/dryer available.

Bills vary between £90-130 a month, depending on the season.

Finishing off decorating, so pretty bare in the wall decorations department, but fully functional house.

Less than 5 minute walk to the 192 bus route (direct to Manchester city centre or Stockport), 10 minute walk to Levenshulme train station.
