The rooms available are very spacious and fully furnished with everything you'd expect including a King Size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side table etc. attic room is available from 1st July and master bedroom from 28th August!

You'll be living with Ellie who is into hiking, bouldering, gardening and generally being outside when she can be! She works in research, policy and project work around climate change (particularly energy transition) and currently works between the office and from home. She’s very active and easy going and hoping to live with someone who’s similar. If you fancy helping out building some raised beds for the garden and figuring out how to keep the squirrels at bay, any and all help would be welcome!

The place would be ideal for a conscientious, active tidy person with a bit of an established life already in Manchester that's looking for somewhere nicer to live. The house is a Victorian semi with a lot of space (they built them big in 1875) on a lovely quiet road in one of the planter areas of Levy and ideal for light sleepers.. There's plenty of space in the rest of the house and living areas to spread out in. and there's off road parking for a car.

The house has recently been renovated and you’ll find a huge open plan living area with wood burner, fully kitted out and stocked kitchen with 2 ovens, dish washer, espresso machine, bread maker etc. The bi-folding doors at the back open out on to the decking and the peaceful garden full of birds, and great for summer BBQs.

There are two bathrooms and an extra toilet on the ground floor. Showers are hot and powerful. The cellar is used as the workshop / storage area and there’s huge amounts of space in the attic storage for storing anything you just need out of the way.

There's a games and reading room currently set up with pool table, dart board, table football and even there's enough space for yoga or a quick gym session. There’s a spare room used as a study if you’re working from home or for anytime someone comes to stay.

Windsor road is in the heart of Levenshulme and it’s the kind of road where people stop to talk and say hello. You can get to the station in 3 minutes, and its 1 stop from Piccadilly. There's local shops and restaurants on the doorstep and the Fallowfield Loop cycleway is just around the corner.

The rent is all inclusive covering utility bills, council tax, wood for the log burner, a cleaner for the communal areas, and 200mb broadband. Deposit is one month's rent.
