Large friendly shared house Levenshulme/ M19

I have a large 1st floor double room available 8th October on Albert Road, Levenshulme:- sharing with mid- twenties professionals and/ or mature students. The room is £590 pcm *including* bills. I am looking for a friendly, easy-going and sociable tenant, male or female. I let on a monthly basis, i. e. with no fixed term and with no fees.

I am open to short term tenancies if that's what you need.

The house is furnished to a high standard and has a communal lounge. If you are interested please let me know, I can show you the room any evening or any time at the weekend.

The house is 2 minutes from Levenshulme Train Station and from there 7 minutes to Manchester City Centre.
