- Cute little original fireplace (decorative only sorry!) and original floorboards
Bedroom 2 (taken):
- Has a bed with a storage drawer, bedside table, clothes hanging rail, wardrobe, desk, office chair, chubby cast iron radiator, door hooks for hanging jackets etc
- Lovely views looking out onto the green front garden
- Carpeted so nice and warm on your feet
- Traditional Victorian high ceilings
- A teak plant stand
Unhelpfully we took all the pictures before upgrading some of the bedroom furniture so there's been improvements compared to what you can see. Let me know if there's any furni you do/don't want in the room as we're happy to flex to suit you.
Rest of the house:
- Newly renovated bathroom with a huge walk in shower and loads of storage in the cupboard for toiletries - everyone gets their own extra deep drawer. Proper shower not a rubbish electric one!
- Boot room with coat hooks and shoe rack
- Downstairs laundry / WC with the world's most adorable flowery toilet
- Living room with a smart TV and PS5
- Kitchen with new appliances (fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc) and a double size range oven for all the keen cooks out there
- Sofa and armchair in the back room so you can chill out and watch the squirrels running around the garden
- Bills are included, including council tax (band D), fast Sky WiFi, gardener and occasional cleaner
Outside:
- The house sits on a double plot so we've got twice as much outside space as usual. Newly installed patio and lawns are amazing for BBQs in summer. Also there are frogs in the pond so you can watch the tadpoles grow up!
- Off street parking for 4 cars
- Three apple trees and loads of raspberry bushes for free fruity snacks when they're in season
- Cellar and two sheds for storage so you can bring your bike
- Electric car charging point (we can make an arrangement for adjusting the rates if you'd like to use this)
- 2 minutes bike / 5 minutes run / 10 mins walk from the Fallowfield Loop for some car-free travel or exercise
- 5 min walk to Levenshulme train station which gets you into Manchester Piccadilly in 9 mins or Stockport in 7 mins

About us:
- We're Sam and Louise, we met at uni in Leeds and moved to Manchester together 6 years ago. We bought this house in 2021 and have slowly renovated it. We've had several different friends and lodgers live with us over the last few years and are excited to meet someone new this time around!
- Sam is from Cheshire and is an environmental scientist. He's recently got into running and just finished his first marathon in October
- Louise is from Essex and is a software engineer. She's a bit of a hobby collector, currently into the gym and hiking
- Anthony (in room 2) is from Preston and is a sports photographer.
- We're very open minded, we're happy either way if you want to keep to yourself or to be more of a friend
- We're looking to live with someone who cleans up after themselves and is respectful of the home
