Terraced house near Levenshulme Centre

Entire property near the centre of Levy. Reasonable sized garden. Two living rooms (though the sofas have been removed so we would need to get one). Downstairs loo. Looking for someone friendly to move in for a few months while I sell up. I have already moved out however there may be the surveyors visiting though will communicate in advance. Lots of good pubs nearby and it's a lovely area. No washing machine but laundrette 1 min away. All bills included.
