Queer household looking for a final person

Hello, we are two queer/trans professionals who have secured a maisonette property in levenshulme and are looking for a final housemate.

The room is a small double and so we’ve reflected that in the rent by sharing the overall cost by room size. The place gets loads of light and is on the lowest council tax band. We also have a lovely little garden we are planning to fill with veg beds.

Applicants must be dog friendly as I share custody of my small dog (pictured) so he’s around a lot. We are looking for a queer housemate (ideally) as we want our pronouns respected.

Equally we wanna find someone we can be friends with, not just a passing lodger. We enjoy music, games, reading, the occasional night out and cooking together. This isn’t a party house though, we are both working full time and studying.

The place is unfurnished, we are all responsible for furnishing our own rooms but we have stuff for the common areas including white goods and sofas.
