The house is a large traditional 3 storey mid-terrace and is well located for a mature professional needing quick transport to Manchester & Salford, and neighbourhood amenities. I will be looking for a 2nd tenant from 1st September for the first floor middle bedroom of whom we can choose together. I work abroad as a DJ in South East Asia from October to May so I will only be at the house during the summer months. Therefore, I am looking for someone who is trustworthy, responsible and respectful of our tidy home. I like a little drink at the weekend but it's definitely not a party house.

There are two lounges available to use with one having a smart TV. There is a long garden and patio area with chimenea, BBQ, hammock, and sun loungers. There is also a cellar for cycle storage.

You share access to the bathroom, dining room, lounge and kitchen, which has a dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob and oven. The house is central-heated, fully double-glazed, and protected by window locks and a burglar alarm. Both the train station and bus stop for Manchester City Centre are 1 minute walk away.

Levenshulme is a well-established, diverse suburb only 10 mins south east of Manchester city centre. Levy enjoys a bustling array of independent bars, restaurants, takeaways, groceries, bakeries, craft and antiques market. There are regular local cultural festivals, art exhibitions and community events throughout the year, along with gyms and swimming pool within 5 minutes walk. There is excellent access to green space - we are 2 mins from the Fallowfield Loop path, for easy cycling or walking through south and east Manchester. Also close by are Cringle Park (2 mins walk), the 70-acre Highfield Country Park (10 mins walk), and Reddish Vale (15 min cycle).
