Hi!

My name's Lizzie, my pronouns are she/they.

My lovely housemate Abs is moving in with their partner at the end of July so I am looking for a housemate to join me in this rented terraced house. It's a 2 minutes walk to the bus stop into town, 10-15 mins to the train station and 5 mins to a range of gorgeous bars and cafes.

I'm looking for a housemate who likes cats andwho is wanting to keep their home as a safe, chilled, calm space. Definitely not a party house but I do love having folk over for a glass of wine or a can in the evening.

The house has two reception rooms, one of which isn't being used to it's best potential yet so the furniture in there is very flexible. If you need an office, let's make it an office. If you need a studio, lets make it happen! Or if you want a second living room we can also make that work too :)

The room available is a large, king size room with a king size bed and two large wardrobes.

The bathroom is small but has ample storage space for products - only a shower - no bath!

I am a smoker but I only smoke outside.

Then there's the cats - Spock and Valentino. They are both big boys are indoor only with long furry - don't let that put you off though! They are full of love and such a joy to be around, they are constantly doing goofy things and making us laugh. If you don't like animals, this probably isn't the home for you.
