Spare room to rent in Levenshulme

I'm Dan and I'm a 33 year old professional based in Levenshulme with a room available from the 13th September.

I'm a bit of an ambivert, where I do like to socialise, but also need some alone time here and there. I'd like to find a housemate where we can be friends and socialise, watch TV and cook, but also respect each others personal space. I love music, going to gigs, playing drums (electric, don't worry!), binging TV and playing games. I'm also partial to a few pints down one of the many local pubs/bars or town from time to time!
Respectful, courteous, generally very easy going and LGBTQ+ friendly!

My housemate is moving in with her partner, so I'm looking for someone to take over her room. The house itself is in a pretty quiet area, out of the way but still closed to the A6 and Levenshulme train station, so ideal for commuters! It has a spacious open plan living room/kitchen, a front room that is used for storage - but can be used as an office if you work from home, aslong as it's reflected in the rent share. The house also has a very sizeable south facing yard, so there's plenty of room for BBQs and summer time chills! It's also very warm in the winter and keeps reasonably cool in the summer! I do have cats. Two permanent and two that will be rehomed. So if you love Cats, do enquire!

The rent is £1200 PCM, so £600 each with bills to go on top of that. The bills generally work out between £150-£250 depending on the time of the year.
