Spacious Lev house w/ garden + creative housemates

Hey there!

We have a lovey room coming up in our rented terrace house in Levenshulme. Cozy communal living room, gorgeous spacious kitchen, 1 shared bathroom, a spare room for mates + south-facing garden.

// THE ROOM // **additional room pics and furniture available on request **
Is the medium-sized bedroom, plenty of space for a double bed, desk, clothes rail + drawers. At the back of the house so is quiet + also gets the sun for most of the day (great for that *golden hour*). Would come unfurnished, however there is the offer to purchase the previous tenants furniture if needed (bed, clothes rail, small set of drawers).

// THE FLATMATES //
I'm Carly (she/her) a freelance creative, passionate about creative education for young people in Manchester. My working schedule is a bit scattered as sometimes I pick up additional work in freelance down times - bars/cafes. Love to cook, super social, love a local pub drink.
Shannon (they/them) is a freelance graphic designer + DJ. Loves music, anime + gaming. Super chilled and chatty.

Occasionally we cook together + watch TV/films, hang out in the garden + go to the pub/gigs/the odd club night together. We have a weekly cleaning rota so it would be great to find someone who is also clean + tidy, enjoys socialising + hanging out but equally respects personal space/alone time.

// THE AREA //
Levenshulme is lovely, we live directly behind a coffee shop (with the most amazing pastries), small Tesco down the road, loads more bakeries/restaurants/pubs/cafés just a walk away. 6 minute train to Picadilly, or a 15 min bus ride. Space in the garden for a bike, + on-street parking if you drive. We live on a safe, family-friendly street - it's definitely not a party house, but we have friends over from time-to-time for dinners and drinks.

// COSTS//
Rent is £480/month (per person), not incl. bills. Council tax, water + internet comes to approx £65/month (pp). Gas/leccy varies from month-to-month, but is almost always less than £100 split between 3.
We are mindful and efficient household, generally a warm house in the winter months.
