Double room in Levenshulme

Bright room available in a terraced house in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. The room overlooks the garden and a private green space. As the pictures show, the room is currently unfurnished; I can provide a bed and furniture, but also open to letting the room to someone who has their own. So this can be discussed during viewings.

The house has a good sized kitchen, living room and dining room. There's a small garden and a lovely green space, which is only accessible to the houses that back onto it.

I'm the current tenant, so you'll be sharing the with me. I'm friendly and open-minded. Ideally I'd like to share with someone I get on well with and who'd like to share the occasional meal / drink.

I'm a professional, working in mental health. My job is busy and demanding, so during the week I live a quiet life and go to bed early. I'm looking for someone who lives similarly during the week - this is an essential for me.

I'm more flexible on weekends : ) when I'm not working, I'm often out hiking or seeing friends.

I work from home 4 days per week. I use the third bedroom as an office. Open to sharing with someone who also works from home - the dining area can be used for this - if a private space isn't required.

Also open to sharing with a cat owner, no dogs sorry.

No smoking in the house. Vaping is fine.

The house is a typical Manchester terraced house. It's not the most modern house, but always clean and tidy and has everything you need.
