Newly refurbed large double 5mins walk to station

You will be living in my home, but I am moving elsewhere for a minimum of two years due to work.

It’s a two up two down terrace with a garden, kitchen, living room and bathroom.

You will have your own room and share all other facilities with a young female professional who rents the other room. Her preference is to live with another female so it’s females only unfortunately.

The room has been newly refurbished with new carpets etc. We are currently working on refurbing the rest of the house and it should be finished by the time the room is ready to rent.

The room comes with a double bed, two side tables, a chest of drawers and a large 4 door wardrobe.

There is a dishwasher and washer/dryer in the kitchen. We just got a new boiler, and there is a shower over the bath. We will also be leaving a large TV in the living room with a functioning fire stick. We pay for a TV licence so you can use any U. K. tv online streaming.

All bills are included: wifi, counsel tax, water, electric, TV license.

I am looking for someone who will take care of my house while I am away and keep it clean and tidy. It is an old house, so issues may crop up. But please just let me know and I will get them sorted ASAP, as I want my home taken care of.
