Double Room Available Now - In South Manchester

Hi, I'm Arabella!

I have two rooms available in my cozy home in Levenshulme, South Manchester, where I live with my partner, Ben.

A bit about us:
I work from home as a nutritionist, and also organise wellness events and retreats. Ben and I are clean, healthy, and social, we enjoy a glass of wine at the weekend, as well as a hike or something outdoorsy.

We're looking for relaxed, friendly, and independent lodgers to share our space with us.

Room 1 - £725 per month, all bills inc
The room is a large double room. As it is at the top of the house you have more of your own space. It has a built in wardrobe as well as a large shelving unit.

Room 2 -£700 per month, all bills inc
This room is a large double on the first floor. It has a big window with lovely light coming through.

Both rooms are available now and include:
All bills (including WiFi and a Skybox and Council Tax) - and come furnished with a double bed. As well as access to our lovely garden with a mini allotment, (if you are into gardening that’s a plus!!!)

Location perks:
Levenshulme is just a 20-minute bus ride to Manchester Piccadilly or a 7-minute train journey. There’s a bus stop right outside the house, and the train station is an 8-minute walk away. There is free parking on our street and you’ll find three great coffee shops nearby, plus an antiques market just around the corner.
