Double Room Available Now - In South Manchester

Hi, I'm Arabella!

I have a double room available in my cozy home in Levenshulme, South Manchester, where I live with my partner, Ben.

We already have 1 lodger in our spare room at the very top of the house, and we are looking for a lovely 4th person to make up our house share ☺️

A bit about us:
I work from home as a nutritionist, and also organise wellness events and retreats. Ben and I are clean, healthy, and social, we enjoy a glass of wine at the weekend, as well as a hike or something outdoorsy.

We're looking for a relaxed, friendly, and independent lodger to share our space with us.
The room costs £725 per month, all bills inc
This room is a large double on the first floor. It has a big window with lovely light coming through.

All bills (including WiFi and a Skybox and Council Tax) - and come furnished with a double bed. As well as access to our lovely garden (if you are into gardening that’s a plus!!!)

Location perks:
Levenshulme is just a 20-minute bus ride to Manchester Piccadilly or a 7-minute train journey. There’s a bus stop right outside the house, and the train station is an 8-minute walk away. There is free parking on our street and you’ll find three great coffee shops nearby, plus an antiques market just around the corner.
