You would be sharing the house with myself, my 19 year old son and my 10 year old daughter. We also have a lovely old tabby cat with too many toes!

My daughter is a well behaved and studious girl who is used to being around adults. As two of us already work from home, this room would be better suited to somebody who works out of the home.
You would have access to a large and spacious shared kitchen. Please note though, that the living room is not a shared space.
We are a quiet and quirky household who all enjoy our own company and our own routines. We also enjoy each other's company and having friends to visit sometimes, but mostly choose to relax alone and don't go out often. We are all LGBTQ identified but it isn't important to us how anybody else identifies as long as they are LGBTQ friendly.
Somebody who is happy with a quiet life and enjoys their own company would fit in well. We are friendly and enjoy good chats and board games. I expect and hope to get along with a lodger, but I'm not looking for someone to socialise with beyond enjoying conversation.
I would prefer a female lodger due to having a young girl living in the house. Please get in touch if you think this might be the right fit for you.
Please note that the carpet will be replaced with new flooring and the chest of drawers and desk chair will also be replaced before a new tenant moves in.
