Double room in spacious 3 bed property

Hey!

I have a double room available in my 3 bed house. It currently has a king size bed and mattress in there but is otherwise unfurnished. It has a large kitchen, good size garden, and a nice bright living and dining room. The third bedroom has a double bed and a desk, so it could be used to work from home if needed.

I’m a GP working in Manchester, enjoy running, cooking, going to gigs and music. I only recently moved to Manchester, and still doing some redecorating. It’s just me living here currently.

I’m looking for a housemate with similar interests who is neat and tidy who’ll enjoy living here as much as me! Happy to discuss prices and bills etc.

Would be happy for someone to make the room their own.
