Room available heart of Levenshulme

1room available, females preferred, prefer not to be full time smoker just due to smell but on occasion doesn’t bother me.
Room is furnished with wardrobe, side table and 2 sets of drawers, very happy for it to be made you own with pictures, shelving, paint. Bathroom good size and storage available, open plan living space downstairs, broadband, council tax and bills included.
I inherited this house after my nana passed, I was her full time carer and have lived here for 12 months. I am pretty clean but not OCD, if pots are left for next day doesnt bother me, so long as it’s moderately clean most of the time, I’m not fussed. I work full time 8-4 Mon-Friday as a physiologist in a hospital and also currently studying a further diploma so will be put of the house long hours during the week.

Looking for someone easygoing but relatively clean, I do like to be social at weekends either going out with friends or going to see my family, sometimes can be a later night and at weekends this is fine. As I am up early for work, needs to be nice n chill during the week so anyone working in a bar/club may not be suited. I dont have pets currently but wouldnt be opposed to pets if they are trained and well taken care of. Happy to have people come and see the place at weekends or in the evenings, just drop a message on msg or socials :)
