Small Double In Levenshulme Available

Hi, I'm looking to rent a room out in my house, looking at short term lets as I could do with the room for certain times of the year (like Christmas period).
There is a living room with a separate room for dining, with tv's in both rooms. The room is quite small but enough space for a small double, it has been recently decorated, walls plastered and painted, brand new carpet, curtains and bed. £420pm all bills included, 1 month's deposit plus a month's rent upfront. I also built a bar which is in the backyard! Nice on sunny days 😎
I also have 2 cats in case you're allergic. My partner stays over a few nights a week but she doesn't live here.
I am vegan so vegans/vegetarians preferred but not essential.
