Big loft room available for 3 months

Hello!

I’m looking for someone to sublet my beautiful sunny loft room in Levenshulme for 3 months while I’m back home in Australia. It’s available from 12 December to around 10 March but I’m flexible and willing to figure something out for the right person. You would be living with my lovely housemates Arielle, Lexie and Jacob - a PhD student and two professionals. We share cooking for each other a few nights a week and will go to the pub/events together such as art classes, community bake events in Lev or pub quizzes. It would be lovely if you wanted to join in with this too. No pets or couples, sorry.

The room is the biggest bedroom in the house - the loft room on the top floor which has its own stair/landing area. In the rest of the house, there's a main bathroom with washer/dryer, a second loo, a living room, and kitchen/diner with a dishwasher. We also have a front garden with a secure bike shed, and a (sometimes) sunny back garden with sofa and fire pit. You can park on the side streets if you have a car.

Rent for the room £410 pcm and around £124 for bills at the moment (this includes - electricity, gas, water, WiFi, council tax, TV licence, contents insurance, a cleaner every 2 weeks, milk, toilet roll and dishwasher tablets delivered). However, this is subject to change a little bit.

Levenshulme is a really lovely area to live in, with lots of pubs, bars and community events. There's a big park just behind the house, and we are right by the Floop. You can cycle or get the bus into town in about 25 mins, the train takes less than 10.
