Sunny and quiet double bedroom in Levenshulme in a 2 bed terrace. Room has new lockable sash window, column radiator and ikea ottoman bed for extra storage. Room also comes with fitted shelves above an optional desk and chair (can remove if extra space preferred), and a freestanding habitat clothes rail with deep drawer. Also comes with a set of drawers at the foot of the bed. The house is sharing with myself, a 47 year old food photographer. I work full time 9-5 during the week, so if you work from home, you would have the place to yourself on weekdays. The living and dining room are open plan, with a small kitchen just off it, opening up to a lovely tiled patio that’s a sun trap in the afternoons and evenings. There’s also a lovely gated community alley with plants. The house is less than a minute from the 192 bus stop, and a 10 minute walk to the train station, where you can get to the city centre in around 7 minutes. Also a short walk away are some great bars and restaurants (Nordie, Talleyrand, Isca, Cibus, Station South). I like to sew as a hobby, so if you can tolerate my sewing stuff occasionally on the dining table, we’ll get along just fine. Female or gay male preferred.
