Hey I'm Nat and I'm moving out of my house in Levenshulme to go be a teacher 🥲
You'll be sharing with Chris and Zoe. Chris is a surveyor and Zoe works for a co-operative grocery. They are both friendly, chatty, funny and very tidy and courteous housemates! The cat in the pics is mine and unfortunately will be coming with me. The vibe in the house is everyone working in the week, sometimes having dinners and watching films or going for pub trips, and friends coming over to visit from time to time. But overall, it's a quiet and calm space.
Transport: 10 minute walk to Levenshulme train station, 3 minute walk to the bus stop for the number 50 straight into town, 10 minute walk to Stockport Road and Fallowfield. close to Withington too.
The room you'll be taking is very big, has nice wooden floors, and looks out onto our lovely calming garden. It comes unfurnished, but I can sell my bed frame cheap if you are needing one.
The house - Victorian/Edwardian terraced. Very spacious. Big kitchen. Cosy living room. Dining room. Garden with shed. Bathroom with a powerful shower and bath. And a huge attic for storage.
